Dane-Gayheart upset over threesome video leak

They have filed a lawsuit against the bosses of the website circulating the video. They have hired celebrity lawyer Marty Singer. The couple has claimed that the website circulating the footage of them with Kari Ann Peniche is maliciously distributing the video. They are demanding more than USD 1 million in damages and a ban on the video.
