mikeAug 31, (THAINDIAN NEWS) At last on Monday ABC came forward with not only the cast lineup for “Dancing with the Stars” Season 11, but also with the date of its premier on television. The official announcement was made during “The Bachelor Pad” by Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke, the two hosts of the ballroom battle. As per the announcement, the twelve selected stars would be making it to the ballroom on Sept 20 when the show’s 11th season will be premiered on ABC. The official announcement has soared up the interest of the viewers who are now anticipating the kind of performances or ballroom drama that they will get to see this season.

Many have come forward with views that the cast of “Dancing with the Stars” season 11 is an odd mixture of comedy, politics, and reality that would no doubt bring some kind of drama to the dance floor. According to many, while last season it was Kate Gosselin who had come forward with the poorest dancing skill but rode high on TRP due to her reality appeal, this year the position will be more or less taken over by Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino who has been booed by his “Jersey Shore” co-star as the worst dancer. At the same time, if this year ABC has not brought another Chad Ochocinco to the competition, then it has also not abandoned the idea of making a sportsman dance. ABC has lined up Rick Fox a three-time NBA champion with the Los Angeles Lakers will be seen displaying his dancing skills.

However, there seems to be no such change brought in the line of professional dancers who would be teamed with the stars this season. Regular professional dancers like Derek Hough, Cheryl Burke, Maksim Chmerkovskiy will be seen exploring the skills of their partners.
