‘Dancing With The Stars’ Recap: Week 3
October 4th, 2011 - 6:56 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLos Angeles, Oct 4 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actress Ricki Lake is fast establishing herself as a serious contender for this year’s Dancing with the Stars crown. At the end of the performance on Monday night, the talk show star once again topped the leaderboard.
All the judges were impressed with the performance of Ricki and she was given a total of 27 points out of the possible 30. That turned out to be the best points awarded on the night. Ricki’s professional partner is Derek Hough.
Singer Chynna Phillips got a total of 26 points for his performance on the night. J.R. Martinez who is a war hero was also given the same points by the judges and the two are tied at the second place on the leaderboard. Reality television star Rob Kardashian earned 24 points for his performance on the night.
Four other stars including actor David Arquette earned the same number of points on the night. However finding themselves at the root of the leaderboard is controversial contestant Chaz Bono and Nancy Grace. Bono had the least points picking only 18 points for his performance on the night. The judges told her that she seems distracted while dancing. Nancy picked the second worst points on the night, managing 21 from the possible 30.
