“Dancing With The Stars” Finale Turns Out To Be A Gala Affair

nicole1May 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The final night of any show is special but with “Dancing with the Stars,” it turned out to be more than that. Not only was the season ending night filled with excitement but also with pulsating energy that are evident in each and every performance of the eliminated celebrities who took to the stage on May 25. From supermom Kate Gosselin to Shannen Doherty to Pamela Anderson, there was no doubt that the show turned out to be gala affair.

After the initial Argentine tangos of the three final contestants, the eliminated contestants of “Dancing with the Stars” season 10 took to the stage. Shannen Doherty and Mark Ballas were the first and the audience were excited to find the couple who had an early exit from the show, back for the night. Aiden Turner and his partner shook their legs on stage next followed by Buzz Aldrin and Ashly Costa. The octogenarian went for a paso double which reminded many of his short tenure in the show. However, with Jake Pavelka and Chelsie Hightower, the show took a different turn as the former switched partners during his performance. He danced with Dimitry Chaplin and then ended up with his real life partner Vienna Girardi. The next on stage after a brief pause when Erin Andrews was declared third, was Kate Gosselin who performed a new version of paso double of “Paparazzi”. The night got all exciting with performances of Niecy Nash, Pamela Anderson and Tony Dovolani.

ABC took all the steps to make the show a perfect hit at the finale night. Apart from the dances of the former contestants, “Dancing with the Stars” also had a performance from Utah Valley University Wolverines who danced their way to the mini college dance championship title. All these also with the performances of the final two made the “Dancing with the Stars” finale a worth watch.
