Oct 6, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Joseph Gordon-Levitt the Inception actor recently posted a note in his Twitter account that his sibling Dan Gordon-Levitt is no more. His elder brother who earned name as a professional dance teacher who used to teach people how to dance with fire has died according to the actor. He was popularly known as ‘Burning Dan’. However the exact reason of his demise is yet not clear and the representatives of the actor are also tight lipped on the topic. Even the office of Los Angeles county coroner has not divulged the details on the death of the brother of the Inception actor. Considering he was quite young and was not suffering from any known ailment it does seem a tad mysterious.

The fire spinning artist based in Los Angeles reportedly passed away on Sunday. He was a teacher in the California based Flow Temple Arts School. In an interview given to a media entity two months back artist Dan Gordon-Levitt said that his work was a blend of performance art, dance, yoga. The brothers were very fond of each other and they were often mistaken as the other at times. When he was alive Dan Gordon-Levitt was appreciative of his brother’s achievements.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt has written on his brother “BURNING DAN brightly embodied that bold beastly bliss sometimes referred to as ‘the creative spirit.”He has not talked on the reason of his brother’s death but asked for some time to mourn his passing. He has also said that even after death his brother will continue to serve as a source of inspiration behind his work.
