dane London, May 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Dame Helen Mirren has finally been immortalized in the form of a wax figure, at the prestigious and the very popular Madame Tussauds. Her wax model is dressed in a breath-taking black Asprey dress, that in the past Dame Helen Mirren had worn at an awards function. She probably thought that this dress would do justice to her wax figure, so she donated it to the officials of the Madame Tussauds. Her wax model had a budget of a whooping 150,000 pounds, and during the process the actual cost of the model exceeded the budget. And according to reports, her fax figure is going to be placed next to Posh Spice – Victoria Beckham, in the museum.

The 64-year-old actress also spoke about the collaboration between UK and California. She said in a lighter vein that, she is surprised that almost every villain in the Hollywood movies is generally British. According to the Daily Mail, she said that, “I think it’s rather unfortunate that the villain in every movie is always British. We’re such an easy target that they can comfortably make the Brits the villains. It’s just nice to say we’re not snooty, stuck up, malevolent, malignant creatures as we’re so often portrayed. We’re actually kind of cool and hip.”
