August 31, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): It was previously said that Dakssh Ajit Singh was last seen essaying the character of Bali in “Jamunia’, was supposed to play an essential role in an upcoming Star Plus Show by Shreya Creations. However, the latest situation says something else; he has backed out due to prior commitments. The producers are presently in search for a replacement.

According to a source from the show, Dakssh had recently informed the production house about his incapability to do the show.

He was also perfect for the character of Harsimran. The production house is now on the lookout for a man with a good physique and someone who can carry of the typical look of a Sardar with a turban and beard. They are looking for someone, who would be apt for the character.

Dakssh has of late finished a Punjabi movie that would be released in October. He would naturally be busier with the film. The production house cannot start with the first schedule that was to start this week. The timings have been pushed ahead.

Singh says that he would soon be flying to Chandigarh for the promotion of his movie. He signs off by saying that thanks to some unforeseen situations, he wouldn’t be able to work in the show.
