Michael Jackson July 21 (IBNS) Popstar Michael Jackson’s seven-year-old son Blanket is finding it hard to accept the death of his father. He thinks MJ is away holidaying and is waiting for him to return.

Fifty-year-old godfather of MJ’s three kids, Mark Lester told Hello magazine it was obvious to him that Blanket is still unsure about what exactly happened to his father.

“He said, ‘Where’s Daddy gone? On holiday?’ It was a rhetorical question and it broke my heart,” Lester said.

While Blanket was bewildered, Prince was taciturn, which was unusual for him, said Lester recollecting the reactions of the three children of the King of Pop.

“Paris gave me a tight hug and we just held each other for a while. We were both welling up. I told her that her dad would always lie in her heart and be remembered by at least half of the world,” he added.

Commenting on the custody row over the children, Lester said it would be a disaster for them, especially if they are split up.

He insisted Paris and Prince, 12, have no relationship with their biological mother Debbie Rowe, and he won’t be able to see Blanket, whose real mother is not known, being separated from the duo.
