Cynthia Nixon To Emerge In ‘The Big C’

June 27, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): 44-year-old Cynthia Nixon is the competent actress, who has participated in the incredibly well-liked program, ‘Sex and the City’. News has now floated up that she is enrolling herself in ‘The Big C’. It is being reported that Nixon will guest-star in four installments of this Showtime program.
In keeping with Tvguide.com, Nixon will be embracing the character of Rebecca. Rebecca happens to be the former college roommate of Cathy. Cathy is a character, who will be enacted by Laura Linney. Rebecca will reenter the life of Cathy and turn it upside-down.
The BIG C is a program that revolves around the existence of Cathy, who is a school teacher, wife and mother. She endeavors to salvage her life when she is diagnosed with a particularly vicious sort of cancer.
Nixon herself fought against the viciousness of cancer in her real life in 2006 and the cancer is in a state of decrease now.
The Big C will emerge on August 16.
