Cute cats to get their own film festival
July 12th, 2012 - 10:02 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattNew York City, July 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Cat owners are very fond of making funny videos of their cats and they are a delight to watch. And if the cats are cute also then they are all the more great to watch.
In fact there are so many videos of cute cats out there, that there is now a film festival dedicated to them. The Internet Cat Video Film Festival is all set to take place on the 30th of August in Minneapolis.
The organizer of the festival is Katie Czarniecki Hill and she said that people can nominate their favorite cat videos. The last date to do so is the 30th of July.
Organiser Katie Czarniecki Hill said that, “I could not be more excited to literally bring this solo cat video viewing behaviour out in the open.”
According to BBC, Ed Robinson, who is the creative director at London-based agency The Viral Factory, said that cute ct videos are a delight to watch and “It works across all cultures, all languages… and we are genetically tuned to have an emotional response to cute animals”.
