Washington, July 18 (ANI): The custody hearing for King of Pop Michael Jackson’s children has been postponed.
The Los Angeles Superior Court has decided to delay the legal battle between the children’s mother Debbie Rowe and the Jacksons by one week, US magazine reports.
It is now scheduled to take place on Aug. 3 at 8:30 a.m.
The hearing was first cancelled on July 6 as Rowe’s lawyers asked for a continuation.
Then, the next hearing date was once again postponed as the family of the late singer requested the proceeding to be further delayed.
Meanwhile, the children-Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7- are currently under the guardianship of their grandmother Katherine. (ANI)
