Cruise wants Beckham to join movies

London, July 23 (IANS) Tom Cruise’s relationship seems to be getting stronger with footballer David Beckham and now the actor wants the soccer star to enter the world of cinema.
“I’ve been encouraging him to become an actor. He’s got the looks, he’s got everything. He’d be terrific,” contactmusic.om quoted him as saying.
The “Top Gun” star has been close friends with Beckham and his wife Victoria since they met in 2003.
