Nov 19, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Friday morning the fans of Oprah Winfrey will witness the most lavish and special ‘Favorite Things’ episode in the history of the show. Oprah Winfrey appeared in an interview on ABC recently and spoke about the show that has already been taped. She said that though she has been doing the show for years now, she has never seen people react like that. She explained that they had to keep a couple paramedics on standby as people went completely crazy with happiness and amazement.

The much anticipated episode will also show Oprah Winfrey walking into the stage, ripping her dress off and shouting that it was ‘Favorite Things’. She said in the interview that the episode is even more special this time as the network has put together a team that converted the studio into the north pole. To add to the surprises for the audience in the studio, there was Black Eyed Peas performing live on set.

This year, it was a double surprise as Oprah Winfrey also allowed the audience waiting in line for the next taping to enjoy the ‘Favorite Things’. The first set of audience who won the gifts were made to walk past the audience waiting which made the latter feel like they missed out by an hour on the great gifts. Later, however, they were surprised when they too were sent home with another edition of ‘Oprah’s Favorite Things’. Oprah Winfrey revealed that a lot of planning and love went into the making of the episode. She added that the audience was mostly locals and also outsiders who were handpicked for their social endeavors.
