Washington , July 16 (ANI): Lindsay Lohan now seems to be moving in the right direction, what with the L.A. Superior Court itself giving her progress its stamp of approval.

The 22-year-old was required to comply with various obligations as part of her probation from 2007′’s twin-DUI debacle.

Now Judge H. Chester Horn Jr. has agreed with the actress attorney Blair Berk that Lindsay was “completely on track with everything” with her “proper attendance” and “no missed dates” in regard of her plea deal last year on five misdemeanour counts.

Last August, the Mean Girls star was sentenced to 3 years” probation and ordered to perform 10 days of community service, complete drug treatment and attend an 18-month alcohol-education program after pleading guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.08 percent and a single count of reckless driving.

Her behaviour even led her to the prison, where the actress even spent an unmemorable 84 minutes out of a mandated 24 hours.

The obligations kept Lohan out of jail for her twin DUI busts last year, the first of which prompted the coke charges.

The actress has returned to the studios since then and did not have to appear in court this time round. Her next hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 16, 2009. (ANI)
