Santa Monica, July 21, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Jennifer Aniston can at last breathe easy as she has been able to obtain a restraining order against a 24-year-old Jason Peyton who believes he is in a relationship with the star. The court has ordered Jason R. Peyton to stay away from not only the home of the sx-”F.R.I.E.N.D.S.” star Jennifer Aniston, but also from her work place and her vehicles. The authorities have claimed in a court filing in California that Jayson R. Peyton has traveled cross-country in a “delusional” attempt to marry Jennifer Aniston.

The court documents were filed on Tuesday in Santa Monica, California and the police mentioned in it that Jayson Peyton was detained last week after sharp objects, duct tape and love notes written for Jennifer Aniston were found in his possession. The authorities have alleged that the person was detained after he spent days trying to find the ex-Friends star on Sunset Boulevard. In the papers the authorities have described Jason R. Peyton as “obsessed” and “delusional”. The court filing states that Jason R. Peyton has said in front of the police that he would not give up his pursuit of the actress.

After his detention last week, the Los Angeles police had placed Jason R. Peyton under an involuntary psychiatric hold. He has been accused of stalking others and also of disobeying court orders that has asked him to take anti-psychotic medications. The hearing on the Tuesday order is scheduled for August 9. As for 41-year-old Jennifer Aniston, the actress is currently not on United States but in London to launch a new perfume.
