Country singer Sara Evans secures restraining order against Craig Schelske

The restraining order is to prevent Craig from talking about their bitter divorce last year. She secured the first protective ban last year to prevent details of her divorce from being made public.
Sara decided to get the restraining order after Craig appeared on Anderson Cooper’s daily chat show. During the interview, Craig claimed that Sara deceived the court to grant her exclusive custody of the pair’s three children. According to Craig, Sara alleged infidelity on his part and the court was convinced that he is not in a better position to have the children.
Just a day after the interview was aired, Sara went back to the court to renew the restraining order that she got the previous year. After presenting her petition, the court agreed and granted the request. That means Craig will have to keep quiet on the divorce details at least until the expiration of the order.
Contact Music reports that a clause in the divorce agreement between the Craig and Sara states that none of the parties can speak about it. The agreement also forbids the two from talking about the custody battle over their children.
