Nov 11, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The country music veteran Brad Paisley shined in CMA Awards 2010 as not only he was the host of the show for consecutive third year but also he was crowned the “Entertainer of the Year”. While hosting the show along with the co-host, the singer entertained the audience to the fullest at Nashville, Tennessee. Brad Paisley cracked jokes, made serious comments, parodied and also became emotional while receiving his award last night.

While receiving award for “The Entertainer of the Year” Brad Paisley broke down in tears and dedicated the award to his grandfather and aid that he love Buck Owens and Johnny Cash. However, in the beginning of the award function Brad Paisley said that there is always someone who gives an acceptance speech or someone whom nobody expects to show up on a meat dress. He said that there would be many surprises in the CMA Awards. Last year Brad Paisley won Male Vocalist of the Year and holding the award in his hand the singer said that his hero Jimmy Dickens has a saying that if someone sees a “turtle” on a fencepost it helps him to get up to the fencepost and he feels that he is the turtle on the fencepost.

Brad Paisley said that i was his grandfather who encouraged him to play the guitar. Holding the award the “Whiskey Lullaby” singe said that the award is going to get him through his lonely times and with it he would never feel alone again. Brad Paisley has been nominated as the Entertainer of the Year since 2005 and he was one of the top singers of Nashville. It seems that this year dream came true for him after he won the title of “Entertainer of the Year”.
