Corey Feldman gets sued over child support
September 26th, 2011 - 7:07 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLos Angeles, Sept 26 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Former Playboy Playmate Susie Feldman has filed a suit against her ex husband and actor Corey Feldman demanding child support. The suit demands that Corey should be made to pay the support of $307 every month for the upkeep of the former couple’s 7-year-old son, Zen. The actor has reportedly failed to provide the child support funds for the family.
The court papers were filed on behalf of Susie by a local child agency. The documents claim that Corey receives a monthly wage of $1,387 so he should be made to pay the child support of $307. Corey was a child star and famous in the 1980s.
He appeared in several movies including The Goonies, Stand By Me and The Lost Boys.
In the court documents, Susie is also demanding that Corey should be forced to pay the health insurance of Zen. The judge is also asked to order Corey to take half the health financial burden of the family.
Corey and Susie married in 2002 but seven years later, the pair announced their split. Zen was then only 5 years old.
The court papers were filed at the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
