Conan O’Brien talks to Playboy To Promote His New Show

Conan O'Brien Los Angeles, Nov 7 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Conan O’Brien sat down in an interview with the Playboy Magazine to promote his upcoming late night show. The new TBS late night talk show dubbed “Conan” will debut on Monday. The interview will be published in the December edition of the magazine which will be on the newsstand on November 12.

In the interview, Conan revealed that he wants to always strive to achieve new heights in whatever he does. He said that, “I’m going for eight months on the air. All I want to do is break my Tonight Show record”. He believed that that is the spirit that will eventually see his new show succeed. He also touched on his last project with NBC which was severed abruptly.

He revealed that he wanted to leave NBC on a high note and not the way on which he did. When NBC ended Conan’s show, he did not show any bitterness and even went ahead to thank the network and the staff he worked with at the studios. That positive attitude won him several fans as well. His ratings improved and he believes that his career “with NBC was overwhelmingly positive”.

His new show premiers on Monday.
