However, everything changed after Conan O’Brien, the popular show host and comedian, decided to follow her on Twitter. She cannot believe how her life has changed within a few days of coming in contact with the host. She had hardly three followers in Twitter a week back. Now her number of follower stands at 24,000. Not only she has become a favorite with the Twitter users, she has been given a spanking Apple iMac. A businessman from Florida has given her the iMac. Apart from that, she has received a gorgeous wedding dress which has been sent by a designer from New York.

The 19 year old girl is still enjoying the new found fame and adulation and her fiance is also overwhelmed by the change. She uses the name ‘Lovely Button’ in her twitter profile. The host told that she will become famous overnight after he started following her on Twitter but the girl did not realize the change will take place so rapidly and it will shower fortune on her. She managed to save barely $30 for her marriage but it seems now that she would not have to bother for money for getting married.

Since the comedian host left NBC with an agreement that he would not appear on TV for some months, he resorted to using Twitter to keep in touch with his fans. He is just as popular and the case of Sarah Killen simply proves that limited absence from the small screen has not affected his popularity at all.
