Conan O’Brien Becomes Popular On Twitter

Feb 25, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The numerous fans of comedian and TV show host Conan O’Brien were wondering about the next move of the anchor after he decided to exit NBC. It is quite well known how he made an exit from the network a few weeks back after it rescheduled his show timing. What followed was a cold war between the host and the network in which he started gaining the public support. Therefore, CBS decided to offer him a respectable exit deal to save its own face. After hosting his last show on CBS, he did not appear in any event for some time.
However, he has again made news by joining popular micro blogging and social networking site Twitter.
On Wednesday afternoon, Conan O’Brien decided to join Twitter and created an account. He posted some funny comments in his first tweet. According to the first tweet posted by him, the anchor took the interview of a squirrel in his backyard. His tweet attracted thousands of fans who decided to follow him in Twitter. Already he has over 100,000 followers in Twitter. It needs to be remembered that during his tenure in NBC, the anchor took some potshots at Twitter himself. However, the way he is getting Twitter followers it becomes clear that his popularity has not waned at all.
The former host of ‘Tonight Show’ has put up a funny picture in his Twitter account. It shows him sporting beard and with a chimpanzee. It goes down well with his sense of humor. The fans are eager to know when he will appear in TV next time.
