Conan Mar 11 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Conan O’Brien has recently released the dates of his string of North American comedy stage shows which has been named “Conan: The Legally Banned From Being Funny On Television Tour.”

Although the show is bound to generate a lot of gossip and hype, Conan is trying to keep the expectations low. In a recent Tweet, Conan announced something similar to “Hey Internet: I’m headed to your town on a half-hearted comedy & music tour, Go to http://www.teamcoco.com/ for tix. I repeat: It’s half-hearted.” On the website, the tour is described as “a night of music, comedy, hugging, and the occasional awkward silence.” I am sure that with his intelligence, Conan has realized that this is just the dry, sarcastic type of humorous advertisement that will get his show off the ground, and make ticket sales soar! Prices seem to range from around forty bucks for a standard adult ticket, to about 700 dollars for the “Meet and Greet Package” in cities such as Dallas TX and are limited to 4 per family. Prices as well as sales limits vary by city.

The tour includes 30 stops in cities such as San Francisco CA, Vancouver BC, Seattle WA. Los Vegas NV, Dallas TX, and many others. It is set to begin in Eugene, OR on April 12, and end up in Atlanta GA on June 14. After the tour is over, Conan will still have about 12 weeks to go before the gag order imposed by NBC will be lifted and he can return to television comedy if he so chooses.
