Commercial Hero Nagarjuna Takes Up An Offbeat Film

August 2, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Tollywood superstar Nagarjuna, who is mostly seen in commercial films, is turning towards offbeat films to explore that side of acting too. The actor has signed an offbeat film which will be directed by S. Vijayendra Prasad, the father of director S.S. Rajamouli.
In 2006, Vijayendra directed a Telugu movie titled Srikrishna, which was an average grosser. Rajamouli is also supposed to direct some portions of this Nagarjuna starrer offbeat movie. The production of the superstar will produce this periodical drama, which is untitled yet.
As per the sources, the movie’s story revolves around a kid and its bond with a heroic figure, which will be essayed by Nagarjuna. The movie is likely to go on floors very soon.
With this new venture, Nagarjuna will sure offer something different and interesting to his millions of fans!
