New York, Mar 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) New York City is swarmed by the zombie clan who wants to fix their rights in the society in the very same manner as humans would do. Comedy Central’s new animated series “Ugly Americans” just had its pilot episode being aired across on Comedy Central, which relates the story of Manhattan city, where wizards seek support from the social workers in order to get accustomed to the city life.
The story moves on as the lone man Mark Lilly (Matt Oberg), witnesses his roommate Randall (Kurt Metzger) turn to a zombie. Not only this, his boss Callie (Natasha Leggero), is a hell spawn and to spur up the zombie factor in the town we have the city of New York visited by vampires and anthropomorphic animals walking the streets. Ugly Americans tries to push in hard the very essence of the horror comedy offerings where Werewolves are witnessed locking lips and robots are replacing human limbs without any regret.
The Wonder Years brain master David M. Stern, who is a master comedy writer, is the one who has penned down the concept for this new sitcom that is loosely inspired by the 50N web series of Devin Clark, John Mulaney and Nick Kroll. Davis Stern, who has already delivered projects like “The Simpsons,” speaks about his undying interest in zombies and he moves on to say that the animation series for Comedy Central is the one which tries to lay emphasis upon the existence of zombies, vampires & werewolves- which generates an immense amount of interest for all.
