London, March 1 (IANS) Acclaimed rock band Coldplay are upbeat about their fourth album, which they say is “different”. The album is in its final stages and guitarist Johnny Buckland says it is remarkably different from the previous three, reports ananova.com.
“We felt like the first three albums were a trilogy, and we finished that. So we wanted to do something different,” says Buckland.
Lead singer Chris Martin adds: “Whether or not it’s good, we certainly started to use more colours.”
The album will be released in May.
