Coldplay premiere their new single ‘Every teardrop is a waterfall’
June 4th, 2011 - 1:03 am ICT by Aishwarya BhattLos Angeles, June 3 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Coldplay has released their single “Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall.” The single which is 4 minutes long was released on Friday. The band is preparing to come out with their latest album.
The band says their upcoming album is everything about life. The new single is believed to have been inspired by the upcoming album. “Teardrop” is currently not available for download but the song can be enjoyed online. The song will be offered for download from Saturday.
The band has not indicated whether the song will be part of the album which will be the fifth for the band. It is reported that the band has spent a year-and-a-half in the studio so far on the album. The album is currently being produced by Brian Eno.
Coldplay seems to be busy because they have confirmed that they will be in Germany for the “Rock Im Park” festival which will also feature other bands and singers. The band will also be part of the festivals “T In The Park” and “Glastonbury.”
Coldplay has not given a name for their new album. A date for the release of the album is expected to be announced anytime soon.
