Kannada film Coffee Shop which is also simultaneously being made in Tamil and Telugu is expected to release in January. The film being shot in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad is a thriller that promises to appeal to the youth. It is about the protagonist, who is from Karnataka and the antagonist from Pakistan.

Director Geetha Krishna makes her directorial debut with the film. The cameramen for the film, MV Raghu and NRI Murali Pallikonda have used high technology cameras for the film. Coffee Shop stars Atul Kulkarni, Shashank, Bianca and baby Shivani. The film will soon have its music launch which will be attended by Puneeth Rajkumar.
