Coby Brooks Appears In The Second Episode Of “Undercover Boss”

brooksFeb 15, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Coby Brooks, the CEO of Hooters of America, Inc. has featured on the second episode of the reality TV series on CBS, “Undercover Boss” produced by Studio Lambert. It has aired on Sunday, February 14, 2010 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The series show how a CEO goes incognito and becomes the employee of his own company.

The premiere episode was aired on February 7, after Super Bowl XLIV drew 40 million viewers. The first episode featured Larry O’Donnell, the President and Chief Operating Officer of Waste Management, Inc.

In “Undercover Boss,” each episode sees a senior executive at a major corporation go incognito as a new entry-level employee in his or her organization for a week, trying to figure out how the company actually works. They try to find out the most dedicated among all the employees working in the organization.

Coby Brooks worked as a busboy, cook and store manager. In an interview on CBS prior to the show, he spoke about his experiences of working as a employee of his own company. He said he is pleased to see that the cooks, the girls, the managers and the customers are happy with the company founded by his late father, Robert Brooks.

It is indeed a good show which allows the senior executives to know about the employees in their company. In the process, he or she realizes whether the employees are happy with the organization and they can incorporate some changes if necessary. It even gives them the opportunity to identify the true heroes who works really hard for the company.
