Cobie Smulders is Pregnant

Cobie Smulders, star of How I Met Your Mother, is pregnant and due to have her first child in spring with her boyfriend Taran Killiam.
The two allegedly got engaged and Cobie released a statement saying, ““We’re focused on the baby right now,and when we actually have a second, then we’ll start thinking about that.”
The couple have no plans for a wedding in the near future. On the show Cobie has been shown camoflaging her pregnancy with bathrobes, oversized floaty tops, lampshades and big purses. Pamela Fryman, long-time director of the show said, “Cobie’s getting stuck with the warmer months, so she gets the dry cleaning, She takes everyone’s clothes to the cleaners. And we have the biggest purses of any show on the air.”
She was born Jacoba Fransisca Maria Smulders on 3rd April 1982, at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is her first child. She plays Robin Scherbatsky on the CBS comedy “How I Met Your Mother”. Taran Kiliiam is an actor too and he is best known as arney’s abrasive former co-worker Blauman on the CBS show.
The news of Cobie’s pregnancy came close on the heels of Alyson Hannigan’s baby news and this messes up things slightly for the director of the show. Will Cobie’s pregnancy be incorporated in the story? If it is written in then this would come as quite a shocker because on the show Cobie’s character Robin Scherbatsky has vowed never to have children. We will have to wait and watch what is done about her growing baby bump because Hannigan’s pregnancy was not written into the show yet.
