CMA Music Festival 2009: A Musical Extravaganza

Music aficionados couldn’t have craved for more as the ABC prime time special CMA Music Festival was aired on Monday night, enthralling the audience and the viewers with a wide range of some heart wrenching country music.
The ABC prime time special known as Country’s Night To Rock featured top notch performances, interviews, and a session regarding the interaction with the fans by a plethora of Nashville’s brightest stars and artists.
The musical extravaganza that is witnessed once in a year comprised of enthralling performances by the renowned stars of the Nashville’s. The musical event which expanded to three hours for the first and the only time witnessed swashbuckling performances by Trace Adkins, Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Brooks and Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Julianne Hough, Jamey Johnson, Kid Rock, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, Reba McEntire, Jake Owen, Brad Paisley, Kellie Pickler, John Rich, Darius Rucker, Sugarland, Taylor Swift and Zac Brown Band.
The USP of the show would definitely be the widely talked about musician Kid Rock. The musician cum singer and songwriter enthralled the audience as he belted out the smash hit number of his called “Picture”. The song was performed by Kid Rock along with McBride, who accompanied her on the stage. The even also witnessed the grand reunion of Wynonna and Naomi Judd. The Judds performed together for the first time in 6 years at the CMA Music Festival.
The audience intensely watched the show enjoying each and every bit of it, as the performers enthralled the music lovers with strong and gritty performances.
