Apr 12, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Clyde Drexler, the much acclaimed NBA basketball player made an appearance on American television on 11th April 2010 for the show “The Celebrity Apprentice”. Season 9 of the reality TV series featured Clyde Drexler in its 5th episode. In this episode, both the teams involved created a commercial within half a day, with NBA legend Clyde Drexler starring in it. Apart from Clyde Drexler, Scottie Pippen was also featured in the hit show during its last night’s episode.

The latest segment of ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ featuring the former NBA player surely managed to grab immense attention among the viewers. The latest episode of ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ managed to keep the viewers glued to the television screens with large number of Clyde Drexler fans tuning in to watch their favorite star’s appearance in the popular show. Apart from Clyde Drexler and Scottie Pippen’s appearance, episode generated huge interest as Michael Johnson chose to exit the show while Selita Ebanks was fired by Donald Trump.

Meanwhile, Clyde Drexler is also creating a buzz as he has been selected as the top Portland Trail Blazers player of all time. Speaking after the honor that was conferred on him, Clyde Drexler said that he was overwhelmed because there were other deserving competitors. He gave all the credit for his performance to the immense hard work put in by him and the consistency with which he performed on court. Analysts say that the former NBA player is gifted, that basketball comes naturally to him. But Clyde Drexler is of the opinion that even a natural gift has to be nurtured. That is exactly what the player did when he even gave time to basketball during off seasons, practicing hard to remain at the top.
