Clarence Clemons Gives On Stage Performance Post Surgery

clemsMay 11, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Clarence Clemons, who is best known as the saxophonist of the E Street Band is venturing back into the stage to recuperate from a major spinal surgery. The much acclaimed musical artist was back on stage this weekend when he gave a stunning performance for a children’s charity, to the utter delight of all his fans.

The 68 year old musician who is better known to his large number of fans by the name of Big Man, performed at the Hard Rock Cafe benefit on Saturday night for the children’s foundation, Home Safe. After delivering the scintillating performance that left the people gathered at the venue asking for more, Clarence Clemons added that performing on stage was where he actually belonged to as it always made him feel at home. The event also witnessed the presence of his E Street blood brothers, Max Weinberg and Steven Van Zandt who thoroughly enjoyed Clarence Clemons’ performance with Max Weinberg revealing to the media at the red carpet that the E Street Band saxophonist was their main attraction in the show.

During his performance, Clarence Clemons sat in a chair but managed to deliver a performance that was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone present. Although his right foot swayed to the music, the left one remained motionless as he is still undergoing treatment for that. At the same time, the musician also added that he was gradually recovering from the health troubles that he had been confronting for some time now which includes post surgical depression after he went under the knife earlier in the month of January.
