Claire Danes suffering from Latisse’s side effects

The actress served as the spokesperson for the product but it seems she is currently having her fair share of side effects that result from using the eyelash enhancing serum. Sources reveal that Danes has purple eyelids and her make-up artist has to literally “plaster on concealer to cover” it.
The product’s documentation just lists redness of the eyes and itchy eyes as the only side effects of the product but several people argue that the product has far more serious other side effects. Side effects ranging from darkened irises to allergic conjunctivitis have all been attributed to the use of the product.
Danes has denied the rumor of any serious side effect resulting from the use of the product. Though she admitted that she initially had a slight reaction when she used the product, she said that disappeared just after a week. She revealed that the skin around her eyes reddened a little bit.
That statement is all that is important to Latisse. The company revealed that they will only consider what Danes tells them. The spokesperson of the company said that the report that Danes had purple eyelids was simply false.
