Aug 25 (IBNS) Cindy Crawford is seldom satisfied with her statistics as she admits her body isn’t quite perfect at 43.

Crawford said: I have cellulite. I admit it. But sometimes I just say, ‘Screw it, I am going to wear a bikini. I think I look good for my age.’ I am not 25; I am 43. That feels like a big pressure, especially when the National Enquirer is dying to get a picture.

She was saying while laughing in the September issue of Redbook.

The model — who is launching her JC Penney home collection next month — says she cuts herself a little slack.

“I am so aware that I don’t want to change the way I live because of that kind of attention. So you say, ‘Screw it. I am wearing a bikini, and I am not putting on a cover-up.’ You just brace yourself for a bad picture.”

Crawford has had two kids — Presley, 10, and Kaia, 7, with Rande Gerber — since her catwalk days.

Cellulite describes a condition that is claimed to occur in most women, where the skin of the lower limbs, abdomen, and pelvic region becomes dimpled after puberty.

The term was first used in the 1920s and began appearing in English language publications in the late 1960s, the earliest reference in Vogue magazine, “Like a swift migrating fish the word cellulite has suddenly crossed the Atlantic.”
