Sep 21 (THAINDIAN NEWS) NBC seems to be all ready to compete with other channels by launching two new shows yesterday. “The Event” by Nick Wauters and “Chuck” season 4 premiered last night and the shows kept the audience riveted to their seats. The American action comedy drama series “Chuck” was aired on NBC last night at 9 p.m. The high popularity of “Chuck” created by Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak has made the channel call for fresh new 13 episodes for its season 4. “Chuck” season 4 episode 1 was subtitled as “Chuck Versus the Anniversary” and it was widely appreciated by the audience.
The last night’s show was directed by Robert Duncan McNeill and written by Chris Fedak. The channel officials said that in this season Chuck, the protagonist will be facing individual villain instead of an entire organization. However, the spy organization “The Ring” might also return as the series progresses. Last night the audience watched Central Intelligence gaining control over the Buy More. On the other hand, Chuck begins to search for his mother and keeps his whole mission a secret from his sister. Sarah and Casey are seen going to Russia to investigate the mysterious Volkoff industry and its prominent figure Marco. Ellie is seen sharing a happy news to her family in her home.
In the first episode of this season Chuck is seen as the Computer Greek, who becomes Government’s most secret agent. In one of the recent interviews to a reputed media source, the executive producers of the show Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak said that “Chuck” season 4 will reveal lot of secrets about Chuck’s mother, Mary Elizabeth Bartowski. The executive producers also said that the audience will have lot of surprises in store for them in the upcoming episodes.
