Los Angeles, Dec.09, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Christina Fulton, the mother of the eldest son of actor Nicholas Cage has reportedly filed a $13 million law suit against the Hollywood actor on Tuesday at the Los Angeles Superior Court. According to the complaint that has been filed, Nicholas Cage has brought her a house in Los Angeles way back in 2001 and had promised to transfer their ownership in her name. The former actress realized when she wanted to sell the property sometime earlier this year but could not do so as she did not own the house. Moreover, not only did the actor never ended up transferring the property but to make matters worse, Christina Fulton also supposedly received a 60 day notice to vacate the house.

According to certain reports, Christina Fulton has charged the actor on the grounds of “mental, physical and emotional abuse” and at the same time claims that the Hollywood actor had brought her the house as she gave up her acting career in order to take care of their son Weston, who is now 18 years old. However, in the lawsuit the former actress has also held the actor’s business manager Sam Levin responsible for a million dollar tax debt on the property.

While reacting to the lawsuit, Marty Singer, the actor’s lawyer has brushed away Christina Fulton’s claim and has termed it as absurd and baseless. Moreover, the attorney has also emphasized that the actor has paid the former actress around three million annually for the past many years. However, Nicholas Cage is himself going through a financial crisis as he has sued the same business manager for misguiding him on money matters.
