Christian Slater reached out to LiLo to talk about drug issues

New York, Feb 18 (ANI): In an interview, former drug addict Christian Slater has revealed that he had reached out to troubled star Lindsay Lohan to talk about drug issues.
“Addiction is not pretty, and you don’t fully understand it unless you’re dealing with it head-on,” the New York Daily News quoted Slater as telling Details magazine.
“That’s why when I see other kids struggling, I will sometimes reach out to them - a call or an email.”
When asked if he had reached out to Lohan in particular, Slater replied, “Sure, of course.”
“I appreciated the people who reached out to me,” he continued.
“It’s a brutal position to be in. You feel alone and confused over where your life went and how you got yourself in this situation,” he added. (ANI)
