Chris Daughtry Will Be Daddy To Boy/Girl Twins!
July 14th, 2010 - 1:44 am ICT by Angela Kaye MasonJuly 13 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Chris Daughtry finished fourth place in Season Five of ‘American Idol’, yet he is sure to be number one at home, since he and his wife Deanna are expecting twins..a boy and a girl. On Chris’ blog Tuesday, the announcement was made to the world that they are going to have a baby of each sex.
The babies are due to be delivered by a surrogate mother on November, after Deanna struggled for quite some time to become pregnant on her own. Her battle is also charted on the website “Due to Deanna’s partial hysterectomy in 2006, the couple used IVF and had their embryos transferred to a gestational surrogate.”
In a video blog, Chris announced, “Big news — Deanna and I are havin’ a boy and a girl. We’re very excited about that. We do have names picked out but we’re going to keep them to ourselves until further notice.” In his post on the blog he stated, “Deanna and I are overjoyed about this double blessing.” Chris went on to say, “Thank you for your expressions of love and support and for respecting for our privacy during this special time.” The twins will have two older siblings, Griffin, and Hannah.
