Sep 17, (THAINDIAN NEWS) In what was an eventful results night on “Dancing With The Stars”, some of the biggest names in the music industry performed live on stage. Chris Daughtry, vocalist of the band Daughtry and legendary guitarist Carlos Santana sizzled with the latest single from the upcoming Santana album ‘Guitar Heaven: The Greatest Guitar Classics Of All Time’. The duo performed ‘Photograph’, a Def Leppard classic. The album features ultimate guitar songs that includes ‘Riders On The Storm’ by The Doors and ‘Dance The Night Away’ by Van Halen. The songs have been performed by other artists and Carlos Santana replicates the fabulous guitar work in all of them.
Apart from the musical performances on the results night, there was also some comic relief for the ‘Dancing With The Stars’ fans as Adam Corolla did some hilarious stand-up. The results night also saw one of the most talked about celeb going home. With Margaret Cho, Mike Sorrentino, Michael Bolton and David Hasselhoff in the bottom 4, it looked like one of the favorites will be bringing down the number of contestants from 12 to 11. David Hasselhoff was finally adjudged the celebrity going home. Undoubtedly some of the fans felt disappointed as the actor and former ‘America’s Got Talent’ judge was one of the best known celebrity on the show this year. He brought to the stage his incredible charisma and charm but the American audience and the judges found it just not up to the high dancing standards that ‘Dancing With The Stars’ demands.
Chris Daughtry saw success after his stint on “American Idol” where he ended up as a finalist. His hits like ‘Home’ have made it to the top of several charts and continues to be one of the most loved songs of the time.
