Washington, Mar 13 (ANI): Popstar Chris Browns lawyer has urged the court to hold an in chambers hearing before the final hearing on April 6 th .
According to TMZ.com the hearing, which will take place on March 23 rd , will involve Rihanns testimony.
However Jane Robison of the Los Angeles District Attorney’’s office revealed that, as it is an in chambers hearing not much will be revealed about the happenings.
“Since it’’s in chambers, we can”t comment on anything that happens, US Weekly quoted Jane, as saying.
Jane also revealed that it is not mandatory for brown to be in attendance at the hearing.
On the other hand Rihanna’’s lawyer, Donald Etra, confirmed earlier that Rihanna will testify if required.]
The hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on March 23 rd in front of L.A. Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg.
Meanwhile Brown, who allegedly attacked Rihanna and left her with a split lip, a bloody nose and bite marks on her hands, has been charged on 2 felony accounts and has been released on a bail of 50,000 dollars until a final hearing on April 6 th . (ANI)
