Chris Brown gets praised by judge

August 27, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): On Thursday, the judge overseeing Brown’s probation praised him for his consistent performance during the probation period. The judge also asked the R and B artist to keep up the good work and chip away the sentence at a steady pace.

The Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg did not raise any issue about Brown’s progress during the short session. Chris Brown did not say anything and stayed attentive throughout the court session. The judge mentioned that Chris Brown has consistently performed to fulfill his six months of community service, although she did not mention the amount of time Chris has completed.

Schengg said that she has read a lot of positive reports from the domestic violence counseling program attended by Chris Brown. The progress made by Chris Brown has impressed the judge to say the least. The singer was sentenced to 5 years of probation and six months of community services after he beat up rihanna in 2009 at a pre-grammy Awards party. The singer used to be known for his squeaky clean image and superb dancing ability but all that went south after he was involved in the domestic violence case. Now it seems that Brown is intent on clearing his name.
