Chris Brown buys a new mansion for $1.5 million
November 23rd, 2011 - 7:51 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattHollywood, Nov 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Chris Brown made a good saving on his new home when he paid $1.5 million for a mansion which was initially listed for $2.669 million. The real estate website Zillow reported that the new mansion is located just eight miles from the neighborhood of former partner Rihanna.
Brown can ignore worrying about Rihanna being his neighbor because she plans to move out. The S&M singer has reportedly listed the house on the market and is demanding $4.5 million for the property.
According to Daily Mail, the house which is located in a Hollywood neighborhood has elevator, a digital touch screen controls and a big swimming pool.
Radar Online reports that Brown was forced to leave his former neighborhood because of non-availability of parking lots. A source told the website that, “He won’t have to deal with pesky nosy neighbors or parking issues. Chris is much happier at his new house.”
Brown and Rihanna broke their relationship after the rapper assaulted the 23-year-old singer just hours to the 2009 Grammys. He has since been ordered to stay clear off the singer unless during a public performance.
When the assault incident was brought up again on Twitter recently, he flipped writing, “I’ve never dealt with so much negativity in my life! It’s to the point now that it’s just ridiculous! I’M NOT A POLITICIAN! MY MUSIC DOESNT PROMOTE VIOLENCE nor will it ever! Only thing it will increase is the pregnancy rate!”
