Chris Brown banned from Britain

London, Oct 8 (IANS) Singer Chris Brown has been banned from entering Britain to perform at the Michael Jackson tribute concert because of his criminal record.
The “Look at Me Now” singer who was convicted of assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, was to perform in the concert in Cardiff, Wales Saturday, reports contactmusic.com.
Brown, 21, was sentenced to five years probation and six months of community service for his assault on Rihanna, which took place in Las Vegas.
