Chimbu Devan’s cowboy flick
April 7th, 2009 - 10:58 pm ICT by Sampurn WireAfter giving hits like ‘Imsai Arasan 23-am Pulikesi’ and ‘Arai En 305-il Kadavul’, director Chimbhu Devan has embarked on a journey to work on the first Indian cowboy film after a decade, “Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam’ (IKMS). Ragava Larencce plays the lead, and Sandhya, Padmapriya and Lakshmi Rai play the heroines. The flick is been produced by Kalpathi Aghoram and is expected to hit the floors this month in Palghat. Film also stars Nasser, Mouli, Manorama, Ramesh Khanna, Ms Bhaskar, Vyapuri, Delhi Ganesh and Ilavarasu. The film will also be shot at the locations of Thenkasi, Thada and Madhya Pradesh. The story, screenplay, dialogues and direction for the film have been handled by Chimbhu Devan himself, while Azhagappan will capture the flick in his camera. Music is being composed by GV Prakash Kumar for the lyrics jotted down by Vairamuthu.
