Cheryl Fergison wants Barbara Windsor as her bridesmaid
February 11th, 2011 - 8:49 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLondon, Feb 11 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Eastenders star Cheryl Fergison has revealed that she would want her former co-star Barbara Windsor to be the bridesmaid of her upcoming wedding.
Cheryl and her fiancé Yassine Al-Jermoni plan to get married later this year. She was speaking to the British newspaper The Sun about her planned wedding with the Moroccan.
She told the newspaper that she would love it if Barbara gets to play significant role in her wedding. As such she is offering Barbara the chance to be one of the bridesmaids on the wedding day.
She also wants the entire EastEnders crew and cast to be part of the wedding. She told the newspaper that, “”I’d love Barbara Windsor to be one of my bridesmaids. I’d love all of the cast and crew of EastEnders to be involved in some way because they are such a fabulous team of people.”
46-year-old and 25-year-old Al-Jermoni met on a social networking site. They have been going out since then. Cheryl’s former marriage was to Jamshed Saddiqi whom she has a son with.
Barbara who quit her role in EastEnders last year has not indicated whether she will accept the offer or not.
