London, April 25 (IANS) Singer-actress Cheryl Cole has reportedly issued her estranged husband and soccer star Ashley Cole a string of “extraordinary” demands, including life-long gag order preventing him from ever revealing anything about their relationship.
Cheryl has initiated proceedings for a quick divorce and also high on the list is a stipulation that the footballer does not attempt to contact, call or text her for six months after the divorce, reports mirror.co.uk.

The “Heads of Agreement” document, said to have been written by top divorce lawyer Helen Ward, gives the disgraced England and Chelsea defender a maximum of seven days to respond.

The document also demands that Ashley agrees to a divorce immediately as the marriage has irretrievably broken down, allow Cheryl to keep their 6 million pounds home in return for her buying out his share of the lavish home for 3 million pounds.

She is not demanding any money from him. “Cheryl does not want a single thing from Ashley except his signature on the divorce agreement,” said a source.

“She just wants him to leave her alone, accept it is over and for them both to move on. After all she’s been through, Cheryl just wants to walk away with her half and for the divorce to be as painless as possible,” said a source.

“She doesn’t want a penny from him or for this to be dragged through the courts. Cheryl isn’t out for revenge and she has no desire to humiliate Ashley further by citing ‘adultery’ for the divorce,” the source added.

However, she has agreed to cite “unreasonable behaviour” rather than the more stark “adultery” as grounds for divorce.
