Cheryl Cole is at ‘breaking point’ over X-factor

There are also reports that she has been asked to spruce up her act and perform her duties or else the top bosses would have no option but to sack her.
Simon Cowell is concerned about Cole’s performance and duties on the show and there were reports that last week he also had a crisis meeting over the issue. The triggering factor was the case in which Cole declined to choose which act she had to send home. There was an audience backlash and then Simon Cowell stepped into the picture.
Apart from this, the top bosses are also concerned that whether Cole would fit into the US version of the show or not, as she is not able to perform under pressure.
According to an insider, “Cheryl has to sparkle this weekend and regain her credibility. The trouble is she is a nervous wreck and terrified of putting a foot wrong. She will be under extraordinary scrutiny. What makes it more difficult is that her American dream seems to have gone up in smoke.”
