Cher Lloyd shows off her eighth tattoo which is a tribute to her daddy
March 8th, 2011 - 1:36 am ICT by Aishwarya BhattLondon, Mar 7 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Cher Lloyd has shown off her eighth tattoo which pays tribute to her father. Under the UK laws, the 17-year-old Cher cannot legally have a tattoo but she already has 8.
When she appeared on the X-Factor show last year, Cher had only three tattoos. At that time the most notable among the tattoos was that of a musical note that she had at the base of her waist. Cheryl Cole who happens to be the mentor of Cher also has a similar tattoo on her body.
The new tattoo was shown when Cher performed at the Wembley Arena last week. Cher has got the word ‘Daddy’ on her right hand with a pink heart etched on it. The tattoo was quite visible during the concert last week.
She also has tattoos in honor of her mother and favorite uncle, Edward ‘Boo Boo’ Smith. Boo Boo died September last year after he was passed a fake heroin that turned out to be deadly.
On having so many tattoos Cher said that, “I’m not even old enough to have a tattoo, but I have three. I know it’s naughty… I’m my own person and think it’d be cool to get another one.”
