Charlotte Church serenades drinkers at gay club
March 3rd, 2011 - 5:19 pm ICT by ANILondon, Mar 3 (ANI): Singer and presenter Charlotte Church belted out karaoke hits at a gay bar in London recently - much to the shock of drinkers.
The 25-year-old, who split from partner Gavin Henson last year, headed to ‘Two Brewers’ in Clapham after the premiere of the ‘Wizard of Oz’ show.
Charlotte, who was with some friends, grabbed the microphone and belted out the Alannah Myles hit ‘Black Velvet’, while she jigged around the stage.
“Charlotte was having a great night. She was really letting her hair down and having a few drinks,” the Sun quoted an insider as saying.
“There was karaoke going on and Charlotte got on stage barefoot and put everyone to shame by singing Black Velvet.
“She seemed to really enjoy it and got massive applause from everyone. After that she was mingling with everyone and when she popped outside he was sharing cigarettes with people.
“Everyone loved it and she belted out a really good rendition of Black Velvet.” (ANI)
