Charlie Sheen’s ex spotted ‘trying to pawn stereo, watch’ for quick cash
April 16th, 2011 - 6:46 pm ICT by ANINew York, Apr 16 (ANI): Charlie Sheen’s estranged wife Brooke Mueller has been caught on camera trying to sell an expensive men’s watch and a stereo at a pawn shop in Los Angeles in a desperate attempt to get some quick cash.
Surveillance footage showed a nervous-looking Mueller pacing around the store Thursday while her items were being checked out.
The 33-year-old was desperately trying to get cash for the two items but the store would not make the purchase because she did not have a valid ID, an employee at the shop, Jack Feldman, told TMZ.
Mueller’s mom, Moira Fiore, claimed nothing was amiss and said her daughter was simply at the pawn shop selling items for a friend, as a favour.
But friends of Sheen’s soon-to-be ex said Mueller has returned to her partying ways and had fallen off the wagon, reports the New York Post.
Mueller is receiving 55,000 dollars a month in child support from the troubled actor.
In addition to her monthly child support payments, Mueller received a multi-million dollar divorce settlement from the former ‘Two and a Half Men’ star. (ANI)
